I'm going to assume that you may have seen Quicksilver Highway. Or perhaps you've read the short story by Stephen King. Or maybe you have just recently been to the dentist, I don't know. But if any of the above applies, then perhaps you'll recognize the likeness of this next character, The Chattering Teeth.
The mouth piece, as it were, is made as follows: Gums/jaw from a wire cage encased in paper clay. everything else- teeth and appendages- are sculpted from polymer clay. Painted with acrylics and coated in epoxy glaze giving it a hard, glass like appearance.
The Jaw is hinged to open and close and the joints move freely.
There is a wire loop worked into the top of the 'Maf', and the whole piece could theoretically be strung, but thats for you to decide.
This one is quite a hefty character weighing in over a kilo.
There isn't much more I can say about this one, I'll let him do the talking, or gnashing, or whatever it is The Chattering Teeth like to do.
